Compext is capable of providing ongoing plan administrative services including distributions to retirees and, if the plan permits, loans to participants. Distribution services include calculating vested benefits, providing required notices, and preparing form 1099-R, form 945 and state withholding forms.

For participant loans, Compext can handle the entire process including loan requests, plan sponsor approval, required disclosures, amortization schedules, notes, security agreements and automatic loan default notifications.
